How to Turn Product Views to Sales

Sometimes a prospective customer visits products a ton, but won’t actually add to cart. How do you get that person to take the next step? The potential customer needs a push in the right direction and here’s the way to do this.

The Setup Requirements

  • Klaviyo
  • Shopify Integration
  • 1 Email / Email Series

Click “Flows”

Click “Email” and drag to the dot under the trigger you just created.

The way this works is that is looks for people who have been viewing products but haven’t started checkout. This way, you can send an email to encourage them to purchase with a discount or messaging around when the next sale might be. The idea is to help push them down the journey towards purchase.
