Having lots of subscriber is awesome. The thing is, you can have subscribers who open your emails all the time, but just won’t click. The idea here is to get people who really like your brand and are clearly engaged to actually click through to the site. This way, you can hopefully push them further down the funnel to get a sale. Here’s how to get this going.

The Setup Requirements

  • Klaviyo
  • Shopify Integration
  • 1 Email (or more if you’d like)

Configuring the Flow “Triggers and Filters”

Click “Lists & Segments”

Name the Segment, in this case “20+ Email Opens No Clicks – Last 365 Days” then click “Select a condition…”

Click the segment you just created, in this case “20+ Email Opens No Clicks – Last 365 Days”

Here’s how this works. Essentially, this flow checks if someone has opened at least 20 emails from you but not clicked on any in the last year. If so, an email goes out.

The idea for this email should be something that talks about how you’re happy for them to be a subscriber, and since they’ve been such a great subscriber, they need to click for their special offer, and then send them to a page with a custom discount code. Essentially, the email should be a thank you and an offer.
