How to Give a Subscriber a Second Chance to See a Product

When you send out new product announcements to customers, there’s a pretty good chance that not all of your customers are going to see them. An easy way to get them to see the product is to send out an extra email, but you don’t want to send them to everyone, you just want to send it to customers who haven’t seen them yet. Here’s how to do this.

The Setup Requirements

  • Klaviyo

The way this works is by checking if a customer has been active on the site and if the customer has opened an email in the last 30 days. There’s a good chance if the subscriber hasn’t, the subscriber has no idea that new products are available, so this let’s the customer know. The email you want to send out should be a summary of any new products you’ve released recently. It’s worth updating this email every time you add new products and make an announcement.
