When you have e-mail subscribers, you have one really big goal besides getting purchases – you need to get people back to your site. And the best people to get back to the site are subscribers! Here’s how to make this happen.
The Setup Requirements
- Klaviyo
- Shopify Integration
- 1 Email / Email Series
Click “Lists & Segments”

Click “Create List / Segment”

Click “Segment”

Name the segment, in this case “Not Active – Last 90 Days” and choose “What someone has done (or not done)”

Click “Choose metric…”

Click “Active on Site”…

“zero times” “in the last” “90””days” then click “Create Segment”

Click on “Flows” and then click “Create Flow”

Name the flow, in this case, “Subscriber Back to Site” and then click “Create Flow”

Click “Segment”

Click “Choose segment…”

Choose the segment you just created, “Not Active – Last 90 Days”

Click “Done”

Click “Save & Exit”

Here’s how this works.
Essentially, it’s just checking if a subscriber has shown up on site in the last 90 days, and if a subscriber hasn’t this sends an email. The suggestion here is to offer a “secret sale” or bring up products that have been released in the last few months that might have got missed. Hopefully something “clicks” and pushes someone to come back.
