How to Do Browse Abandonment by Price

When you have a store, there are definitely customers who will be more valuable than others. Most of the time, you want products with a high price to sell. You can make those products more enticing by sending emails or discounts for those products. Here’s how to do this.

The Setup Requirements

  • Klaviyo
  • Shopify Integration
  • 1 Email / Email Series

Click “Lists & Segments”

Click “Create Flow”

Name the flow, in this case, “Browse Abandonment by Price,” then click “Create Flow”

Click “Trigger Filters”

Click “Add a trigger filter”

Change the type to “Number” then filter to “Price” “is greater than” “50”, then click “Save”

Choose “What someone has done (or not done)”

Change to Person has “Placed Order””zero times” “since starting this flow”

Click “Done”

Click “Email” and drag to the dot just under the trigger you just created.

Here’s how this works. Essentially, it’s looking for any customer who has viewed a product over a certain price point. In this case, we chose 50. If it is greater than 50, then it send an abandonment email as long as that person hasn’t placed an order since starting the flow.
