
Often times, you will have customers that have visited the site a bunch of times, but need an extra nudge to purchase. The right email could be a discount, an education piece or stock running out. Whatever it might be, the idea is that the person needs something else to act on purchasing.
The Setup Requirements
- Klaviyo
- Shopify Integration
- 1 Email (or more if you’d like)
Configuring the Flow “Triggers and Filters”
Click “Flows”

Name the flow, in this case “Browse to Purchase” and click “Create Flow”

Click “Metric”

Click “Choose metric…”

Click “Active on Site”

Click “Flow Filters”

Click “Add a flow filter”

Click “What someone has done (or not done)” “Active on site” “is at least” “3” “in the last” “30” “days” then click “AND”

Click “What someone has done (or not done)” “Ordered Product” “in the last” “30” “days” then click “Save”

Click “Done”

Click Email and drag to dot under trigger.

Click “Save & Exit”

Here’s how this works. Basically, it’s checking to see if someone has come to the site more than 3 times and hasn’t purchased in the last 30 days. If so, an email is sent to the prospective customer to give a nudge into purchasing.
